Good quality, very sweet and crunchy eating apple, good size. Strong biennial bearer, needs heavy thinning. Moderately vigorous, spreading tree. Tip bearing. Susceptible to mouldy core, Moderate to high resistance to black spot (apple scab) so suits climates with high rainfall, not particularly prone to woolly aphid or powdery mildew

Akane Apple Medium size, bright red fruit with short stems. Very white, crisp, juicy flesh with good slightly acidic flavour. Fruit ripens evenly and hangs well on tree, can be picked over a few weeks.Only stores for 3-4 weeks when picked. Not very vigorous tree. Spur bearing. High to moderate resistance to apple scab/black spot, moderate resistance to powdery mildew. Has a physiological disorder of leaf spotting and dieback of laterals.

Amber Jewel Plum Japanese plum with dark purple skin with a bright yellow background colour. Amber yellow flesh. Tear-drop shaped. Very sweet, firm flesh, fruit sweetens early but then hangs well on the tree for a long time. Flesh remains firm even when ripe. A small piece commonly splits from the bottom of the pip inside the fruit, posing a slight hazard when eating the fruit. Can be vulnerable to brown rot in a high rainfall season due to high sugar content.

Angelina Plum Small European plum, oval, dark purple skin with a heavy bloom, green flesh that becomes amber when ripe. Very sweet, freestone. Fruit is small to medium sized. Popular plum, used for jam, plum wine, distilling, plum cakes and dumplings and eating. Fruit hangs reasonably well, but can blow off in a wind if nearly ripe.
