Large, flat, irregular or rectangular shaped apple. They have greenish yellow skin with a red flush and stripes. Flesh is firm and yellowish, very acid, with a tangy lemon flavour.

Production Notes
USDA zones 5-7. Good keeper, cooks to a creamy fluff. Tree is very large and vigorous, spreading. Mainly spur-bearing, but partial tip bearer on young laterals.
