Due to the intense flavour these apricots are wonderful dipped in dark chocolate. Also good eaten fresh and good for bottling, but makes a very dark jam.

Production Notes
Apricots need frost protection, particularly at blossom time. Goldrich achieve a uniform orange colour early in the ripening process, so colour alone is not a good indicator of when to pick this variety. Fruit drop, checking for flavour or brix testing will help to determine the right time to pick.
