Dusky pink skin over a green background, very firm, crisp flesh. Fujis have a distinctive, deeply sweet flavour with very little acid, tough skin. Excellent storage.

Production Notes
Takes time to settle down, then mature trees crop well. Requires thinning to get good size and break biennial cropping cycle. Vigorous, spreading, willowy growth, good branching. Does well in USDA zones 6 to 9

Moderately resistant to apple scab/black spot, resistant to powdery mildew, susceptible to mouldy core, prone to water core if picked late, but this doesn't affect storage. Susceptible to scald. Susceptible to fireblight. Can be susceptible to bitter pit
