A medium-sized white semi-clingstone with a pinkish blush over a cream background. Great flavour but needs to be handled gently because flesh bruises easily. Flesh can go intensely pink as the fruit ripens.
Common Uses
A beautiful peach to bottle if done before the fruit is too soft, due to the lovely colour and flavour of the flesh. Also store well in the fridge for a few weeks.
