Long, pear shaped quince, slightly larger than Champion variety. Mild flavoured quince, flesh becomes pale pink when cooked.
Common Uses
Stewed, jelly, jam and paste. Common in middle Eastern cooking.

Self-fertile, through fruit set may be improved if more than one variety are grown.
