Stripey dull red skin (usually on one side) with greeny-yellow background colour, some russet at stem end, tart flavour until properly ripe. Fruit stores quite well.

Similar to Cox's Orange Pippin, crops well.
Disease Susceptibility
Prone to sunburn. Fiesta trees can suffer from manganese toxicity, and do best in neutral pH soil. Leaves tend to look mottled, due to genetics not a symptom of disease or nutritional disorder.
