Choju (Nashi) Pear Medium-sized, roundish, with russetted brown skin. Flesh is crisp and tender, quite sweet, low acid. Don't keep very well, best eaten fresh. More resistant to Codling moth than apples. Susceptible to Pseudomonas (pear blast).

Clapps Favourite Pear Greenish yellow with bright red blush on skin. Tender, soft, juicy, excellent quality. Unlike most pears, doesn't need cold storage after picking to ripen. Vigorous upright tree. Susceptible to fire blight, blossom blast and scab. Moderately resistant to mites.
Cleopatra, also called Ortley Apple Medium-large, pale yellow, crisp, sweet and a bit acid. Tree is moderately vigorous, upright, spreading. A good cropper.
Coe's Golden Drop Plum Small, roundish European-type plum with bright yellow skin. Fruit is quite astringent until completely ripe, so it's important to let it ripen on the tree. When ripe, flesh is yellow, soft and very sweet. Fruit is prone to split in rainy weather

Concorde Pear Pyrus communis (European pear), pyriform shape similar to Conference. Skin is green with a yellow background colour and excellent skin finish. Firm, juicy and sweet. An upright tree with medium vigour. Heavy cropper, superior to Conference, may crop heavily on quince rootstock, at the expense of growth. Store at -1C. Moderately resistant to black spot, moderately susceptible to pear blast (Pseudomonas syringae) and fire blight.
