St Michael Archangel pear Pyrus communis, European-type pear. Heritage variety. A large, green-skinned pear that ripens early-season, shows slight brown russeting on the skin. Average sweetness and low acidity, nice and crisp, refreshing flavour.
Star Cherry Medium to large dark red cherry, average flavour, long stems. heavy cropper, can overset resulting in small fruit. Some susceptibility to cracking.

Steven's Favourite Apricot Very large, roundish, dark red blush over apricot colour, firm dense flesh, juicy, good flavour. Apricots need frost protection, particularly at blossom time. Can be variable cropper. Apricots are generally susceptible to blossom blight. Cracks badly in the rain.

Story (Early Moorpark, Kidd's Early) Apricot Medium fruit (can be small on the ends of limbs), roundish, deep apricot colour over a yellow background colour. Tough skin, good flavour, freestone. Similar to Moorpark flavour but keeps better. Apricots need frost protection, particularly at blossom time. Long, willowy tree. Apricots are generally susceptible to blossom blight. Can be susceptible to freckle.

Sturmer Pippin Apple Medium to large, green apple with a slight flush, can also russet. Flesh is crisp, flavour is briskly sweet. Good keeper. Spur bearer. Tree is slender, and a good cropper. Pick as late as possible to develop full flavour. Moderately susceptible to black spot (apple scab)
