Small to medium, round, pale yellow apricot with slight red blush. Light orange flesh, very sweet and juicy, freestone.
Common Uses
Known as 'honey' apricots because of the sweet honey flavour that develops when the fruit is very ripe. Make lovely jam (not too dark). Not the best apricot for drying as needs to be very ripe for the sweetness to develop, and then they're harder to handle.
